<p> Anyways, I take protein every time I work out and I just want to know what foods I should be eating as well. Because I don&#039;t eat that much and when I do it isn&#039;t that healthy. so ANY tips will be appreciated. </p>

So my issue is that I REALLY want to lose some weight. Right now I weigh somewhere around 170-180, I&#039;m 5 foot 7, and 15 years old. I wouldn&#039;t say that I&#039;m really fat, but I&#039;m definitely NOT thin. I&#039;d like my weight to be around 125 pounds. As of right now I eat 3 meals, and snack occasionally (like once or twice). I don&#039;t have big portions either. But I notice that what I eat isn&#039;t exactly *healthy*. I don&#039;t want to make my weight insecurities obvious to my parents, so I try not to do anything drastic. What foods should I try to eat and stay away from? I&#039;m looking into riding my bike for a while everyday, I just need some help figuring out how long to ride. What else should I do to lose some weight? If your going to suggest eating certain foods, please note that I really don&#039;t like nuts much lol. But thank you guys so much! (=</p>
