You be getting them flat abs 3


Hey guys! Another Flat Abs vid. from me. The reason why I upload more Flat Abs vids than some of the other DVD’s, is: 1. I love the Flat Abs workout. It’s easy, simple, quick and if you tighten your muscles really hard like I do during the workout, you are sure to be totally worn out ;D 2. I can manage to get the whole workout put together in one video, instead of lots of lots of “video-clips” based on 5, 6 or 7 minutes. I hope you like it!
